Better Iced coffee, the Japanese way.

Do you love coffee? I do. Also, I cant get enough food science (Alton Brown is my hero). I read the following article and cant wait to try this myself.

The basic idea is that you make strong, hot coffee directly into a container of ice that instantly cools and dilutes it to the required state.
